new messages (notification option)

If you put notifications on only mentions, then you dont get pings when someone responds to you (without pinging you, just plaintext response after you sent smt). If you put on all messages then you will get a bazillion of messages if it's an active channel.

Add a 4th option to the notification settings: All messages [+] New messages Only mentions Nothing meaning (new messages) as in the first message after some time (maybe configurable but thinking like a day or two) ooor since you last hit "read" on this channel or sent something in this channel. would result in one message per channel per day/two (a few sporadic pings instead of a bunch at once for an active server). Note that because this category sits above Only mentions, you also get pinged by mentions
