Data Import Feature Proposal

Just adding a comment here to show my support for a general porpoise API endpoint for importing messages/media/userdata :) per user import is fine, but i feel a global option for importing makes sense to have also as somebody running a fluxer instance that wants to import several years of history from multiple different platforms
