Reproduction steps

  1. Android nav bar has three bottons, Home, Back, and the last one called maybe "Recent", that's the button
  2. Write some text in the typing bar
  3. Click Recent button, and click Fluxer again (you can see the video)

Observed behaviour

I can see the live addition of bottom padding every single time I enter a channel. @mesub said "it is also loading other elements", but the point is that the padding addition is not fit to load THAT late. I do not believe the way it is showed in the attachment is "as intended".

Reproduction steps

  1. Probably have a slower phone
  2. Enter any channel with messages (if the channel has the slowdown turned on, it will be more evident probably)

Flashes, see video. Even other apps dont have the flashes.

Elevation bounce of the ui, it happens only once. To make it.do it again u have to switch from a server again and go back to that dm chat.

  1. Write something in a dm chat
  2. Exit the dm chat, go in a server channel
  3. Go back to that dm chat, and open the keyboard

Nobody else has been able to reproduce these, and we have no device running Android 8 / EMUI 8 to test on.

Can't reproduce CNR: ffprobe returns this video as being h264 w/ 1080x2340 res and 42.49fps. might have something to do with the resolution or weird fps, esp. if video playback relies on system functions. Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2591, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
