Video player plays a certain video slowed down to x0.25 [EMUI 8, probably]

Observed behaviour

Video play at x0.25 speed for no reason. In the video attached I out near the video time my screen video time-progress.

Can't reproduce CNR: ffprobe returns this video as being h264 w/ 1080x2340 res and 42.49fps. might have something to do with the resolution or weird fps, esp. if video playback relies on system functions. Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2591, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
