Edit history: Late live-addition of bottom padding at every channel enter [EMUI 8, or maybe a slow phone]

Observed behaviour

I can see the live addition of bottom padding every single time I enter a channel. @mesub said "it is also loading other elements", but the point is that the padding addition is not fit to load THAT late. I do not believe the way it is showed in the attachment is "as intended".

Reproduction steps

Probably have a slower phone
Enter any channel with messages (if the channel has the slowdown turned on, it will be more evident probably)
