Add edit history

Inspired by fluxerhosts post about seperating out Edit and Delete functions for channels, to avoid edit trolling

Implementing a Facebook-like edit history function, so people doesn't have to decide between editing and deleting, while still being able to moderate potential edit-trolling. This is meant as an addition to seperating editing and deleting, not to replace it.
