[Screenshare] During an active application screenshare it can capture the mouse cursor while out of the application

Observed behaviour

It permanently shows and never hides itself unless you go into the taskbar of Windows and moves around which can be annoying.

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a call and start an active screenshare of an application that is in full screen and alt+tab or minimize out of it.
  2. Fluxer should still keep that window esp. if it's a video playing in the background
  3. Move your mouse cursor around.
