Reproduction steps
- Join a call and start an active screenshare of an application that is in full screen and alt+tab or minimize out of it.
- Fluxer should still keep that window esp. if it's a video playing in the background
- Move your mouse cursor around.
Observed behaviour
It permanently shows and never hides itself unless you go into the taskbar of Windows and moves around which can be annoying.

Mouse cursor should
a) Never even show up unless you are in that specific application
b) Never move around.
