Hardware volume keys do not adjust voice call volume on Speaker mode

Observed behaviour

The volume does not change when pressing either the volume up or volume down physical buttons.

Reproduction steps

Join a voice channel (e.g., "Eternal VC").
Set Voice Settings audio output to "Speaker".
Press the physical volume up or volume down button on the mobile device.
