Muted mode isnt ever-present in applying itself upon channel switching

Observed behaviour

The typing bar is showed for 1 second before swithing to the blocked muted UI

Reproduction steps

  1. Join Fluxer HQ server where u must wait 10min before speaking
  2. Switch between channels, see video

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 6, Channel Beta, Build 2561, Android 8.0.0 (arm64), Device Emui 8, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4
