Add a status page like Atlassian Statuspage

Problem

Right now the FluxerHQ guild has been taken down as it's causing the most performance issues. This can appear more problematic than it currently is without knowing the scope of the problems and what's been taken down temporarily.

Proposed solution

Having a form of status page, similar to the ones provided by Atlassian, would be nice. I'm not expecting specifically Atlassian, since it's a paid service from what I can tell, but some sort of status page would be nice regardless of specifics.

Notes (optional)

I'd expect the domain to be https://status.fluxer.app/ I say this because I still find discordstatus.com an annoying domain when other services just use the subdomain status like sane folk

@PennyJim Atlassian Statuspage is super expensive compared to every other uptime service. image It's cheaper to self-host Uptime Kuma on an inexpensive VPS (on services like Hetzner, Contabo, or Vultr).

FWIW this is typically done in case of DNS issues with your main domain, if fluxer.app's nameservers are down then you would not be able to post a status update to that effect on your status page.
