Rounding error for media duration, visible on some files when mousing over

Observed behaviour

The visible duration for some media files changes when moused over. I am guessing a different type of rounding is used for the preview before and after mouseover. Video demonstrating the bug is attached.

Reproduction steps

Upload an affected file. Example mp3 is attached.
Switch channels and come back. Observe the reported media duration.
Mouse over the media embed. The duration will change.

Expected behaviour Mousing over media should not change the visible duration of the file.
