[Linux] Emojis deny editing with arrow keys

Observed behaviour

no more cursor, it's too weak.

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a message with any kind of emoji
  2. with the arrow keys, try to move the cursor past it

Can reproduce CR: cannot move text cursor beyond emoji from either left or right side - Canary Desktop 2026.816.172808, Web 2026.816.210723, Linux 7.0.0-28-generic (x64), Electron 43.4.0, Chrome 150.0.7871.224, Node 24.18.1, Locale en-US
