main.js being fetched via https and not http

Summary

when freshly cloning the app and running the required cmds (i assume they're correct) to get it built and running, one of the files (main.js) is being requests via https and not http for localhost, which causes fluxer to not start: https://localhost:48763/.well-known/fluxer < should be fetched via http

Steps to reproduce

1. clone the repo
2. run pnpm install
3. run pnpm schema:generate
4. run pnpm dev
5. go to http://192.168.1.xxx:49427/ or http://localhost:49427/
