Forwarded image alt text can be edited

Observed behaviour

The alt text can be modified after forwarding.

Reproduction steps

  1. Upload an image
  2. Forward the image somewhere
  3. Right click -> More media actions -> Edit alt text, make some changes and save

Expected behaviour It should not be possible to modify the contents of a forwarded message, even alt text.
