Community join wait timer resets to 10 minutes after switching communities

Observed behaviour

The timer said 10 minutes left all over again

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a server with the setting to wait 10 minutes before start chatting
  2. change to other server

Details

Expected behaviour When returning to check it should say the time that has passed since you joined
  1. Rex changed the status from Needs triage to Fixed
