Member List Contents Change on Application losing focus

Observed behaviour

Member list changes on application focus loss, and member list entries are incomplete when scrolling the member list without application focus.

Reproduction steps

  1. Scroll down in member list
  2. Change application focus
  3. Without returning application focus, mousewheel scroll over member list

Expected behaviour Member list contents should not update, and should contain the same scroll contents as when application has focus
