Youtube shortened links with timestamps don't embed properly

(#3195) Bug Confirmed desktop embeds

Observed behaviour

Example 3 specifically embeds only images. The others all work correctly as far as I can tell.

Reproduction steps

  1. Paste the following links somewhere and compare their embed behavior (you can use a different video if you want to avoid the rickroll)
  2. https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ
  3. https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ&t=123
  4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

Details

Expected behaviour All of these should embed to show the video. Additionally, both #3 and #5 with timestamps should embed the video and jump to the timestamp listed in the URL.
