cannot save gifs in saved media: trying to do so fails and results in nothing

Observed behaviour

It does not save the gif, without any kind of error message. "The provided value is in an invalid format" warning only shows up when the tags textbox is not empty.

Reproduction steps

Go on any gif
Right click > More Media Actions > Add to favourites, the menu pops up fine
Clicking save, even after editing everything
