Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.

I typically use Lctrl + Lalt as my toggle for my mic mute/unmute; unable to set this as a keybind as I am in discord.

Checked in canary (Web) now, and it seems to be fixed there.

Can confirm, it works on the web canary version. Though it doesn't seem to record all keys. Both keys I usually use for mute and deafen (F23 and F24) don't get recognized. Other and combinations work though. Might be a browser limitation? Edit: Not a browser limitation. Also doesn't work on the dedicated client (Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.605.11941, Windows 10 10.0.19045 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US)
