`||` in YouTube embeds renders as spoiler when it shouldn't

Observed behaviour

Text is spoilered. Whitespace following the second || is also trimmed.

Reproduction steps

  1. Have a YouTube video embed with || <text> || in its title (in this case https://youtu.be/Jm2dJTsYuB4)
  2. Wait for the embed
