Incomplete translation update in Settings sidebar when changing language

Summary

When changing the application language in User Settings > Language & Time, the translation is only partially applied to the UI without a manual refresh. While the main content panel, the search bar, and some specific sidebar items update to the new language instantly, the primary navigation links in the left sidebar (e.g., "Blocked Users", "Look & Feel", "Keybinds") remain stuck in the previously selected language.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open User Settings and go to "Language & Time".
  2. Change the language (e.g., from English to French).
  3. Look at the left sidebar navigation menu.
  4. Notice that most of the navigation items ("Blocked Users", "Connections", "Accessibility", etc.) have not updated to the new language.
