Zoomed images can occlude the Window title-bar

Observed behaviour

Enlarged images occlude the title-bar while GIFs do not.

Reproduction steps

  1. Find or send an image into any channel.
  2. Click on it and use your scroll-wheel to enlarge it.
  3. Observe that the image can occlude the window title-bar.
  4. Optionally compare the observed behavior to an enlarged GIF.
