Spoilered text is not hidden properly in notifications regardless of user settings

Observed behaviour

The unformatted text is included in the notification, so what shows is ||like this||.

Reproduction steps

  1. Make sure the option to view spoiler content is set to "On click", and that you have notifications enabled.
  2. Ask someone to send a message with a spoiler and a mention of you: .

Expected behaviour The spoiler should be replaced with <SPOILER> or something like that.
