PopoverPopout border radius mismatch

Observed behaviour

PopoverPopout border radius doesn't match the border radius of ProfileCardLayout and appears to have no border radius at all

Reproduction steps

  1. View any user profile
  2. Check the PopoverPopout border radius

Can reproduce CR: Canary Desktop 2026.606.140333, Web 2026.605.11941, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-GB

Can reproduce CR - most noticeable in light mode as previewed, Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.605.11941, Linux 6.16.12-valve24-1-neptune-616-gc748040e4712 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
