Observed behaviour
Timer tracks time spent with the server tab/chat open and resets on reopening
Reproduction steps
- Join a server with members safety set to High™
- Wait a bit, switch to another server/DMs - timer resets

Timer tracks time of arrival - current time till it's over 10 minutes and allow user
