Connection Stability Issues (Web and App)

Summary

I downloaded the app yesterday to my win10 machine. The download took a while to download for some reason. I installed the app, signed up, and everything seemed to be working just fine. i noticed after some time that the app kept, say.. refreshing itself. i restarted the app, and then there was more explanation on screen, and some links to check server status and such. The screen said it was trying to reconnect to the server. this evening, i uninstalled the app, and attempted to download a new installer from the site, but now the site seems to be having issues. Sometimes, the entire site wont come up, other times i get errors when trying to download the windows installer, and other times when i click the download button, the webpage loading icon just sits there running in circles, indefinitely. lastly, i tried to just use the web app, and now it wont let me even sign in there. it says network error during request.

Steps to reproduce

Simply try to use the website, try opening the app on the web or downloading the installer.
