Neko gets lost in the title bar when dragged there with Keep Neko still on

Observed behaviour

Neko goes into the title bar and gets lost. Only way to bring it back is to disable "Keep Neko still" and let it come crawling back.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to fluxer://settings/user?tab=advanced_settings&section=advanced-settings-appearance
  2. Enable "Show Neko" and "Keep Neko still"
  3. Drag Neko into the title bar

Expected behaviour Neko should either be on top of the title bar, or should be bounded so it can't go into the title bar.
