Neko forgets where to sit when changing window size

Observed behaviour

Neko only seems to remember its position with respect to the top left of the app window. When making the app window smaller (e.g. in step 5 above) it gets stuck on the very bottomright of the window, then when fullscreening again it only remains that far away from the top left which usually means it's somewhere in the middle of the screen.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to fluxer://settings/user?tab=advanced_settings&section=advanced-settings-appearance
  2. Enable "Keep Neko still" and "Show Neko"
  3. Fullscreen Fluxer
  4. Drag Neko somewhere to the bottom right of the app
  5. Un-fullscreen Fluxer
  6. Fullscreen Fluxer again

Details

Expected behaviour Neko should remain somewhere proportional to window size regardless of window size changes. e.g. if I put Neko above the emoji menu, it should roughly stay there. Or, Neko should at least remember where it was when the window was fullscreened.
