Wayland] Colors are a bit off

(#3044) Bug Needs triage desktop theming

Observed behaviour

The actual color is #221516

Reproduction steps

Have hardware acceleration on and use Wayland (launching with --ozone-platform=x11 fixes the problem)
Settings -> Look & Feel -> Open theme studio...
Edit some color (e.g. Set Background Secondary Lighter to #1c0e0e)

Can reproduce CR - Wayland only, #1C0E0E -> #211616 for color previewed - Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.605.11941, Linux 6.16.12-valve24-1-neptune-616-gc748040e4712 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
