Coal theme has wrong colors on some surfaces

Observed behaviour

A lighter surface color that sits out of place on the Coal theme

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the settings
  2. Look at the sidebar with all the settings options

Can reproduce CR - Light Theme has a uniform theme, Coal theme should likely follow this, but dark - Canary Desktop 2026.614.190551, Web 2026.616.1249, Linux 6.17.0-35-generic (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
