Member lists in VC chats can't be opened if member lists are hidden from a text channel that is not a voice channel

Observed behaviour

The members list can't be toggled at all.

Reproduction steps

  1. Hide the members list on a text channel that is not part of a voice channel.
  2. Open the chat in a voice channel and try to show the members list.
  3. The members list won't show.

Build information

Expected behaviour The members list should be toggleable across all channels for consistency.
