When uploading a new avatar for a webhook, the preview goes invisible until saved

Observed behaviour

The avatar doesn't preview until saved

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a webhook
  2. Upload an avatar
  3. Watch it go invisible (doesn't preview the new avatar)
  4. Press "Save changes"
  5. Watch it now update
