Closing out of a fullscreen video embed causes client size to be larger than what it was originally set to

Observed behaviour

The window size is larger than it was before.

Reproduction steps

  1. Scale down the size of the client window.
  2. Full screen a video embed that was posted in the chat.
  3. Close out of full screen.

Expected behaviour The window size of the client should remain the same as it was before it was full screened.
