Observed behaviour

It suggests them but doesn't ping

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Personal notes
  2. Type @
  3. See how it suggests @ everyone/here
  4. Send either of them to your notes

Expected behaviour Either it shouldn't suggest them (since it's pretty pointless), or actually ping
