Send error shown even though the message was sent

Observed behaviour

While testing #2945, I set user-specific channel permissions for my test account as shown in Fullest's report screenshot and received an error about each test message not sending. However, the messages did send. I was also able to successfully forward to DM as well as another channel in the same community.

Reproduction steps

  1. Assign a user the following channel permissions: allow view channel and send messages, disallow read message history and add reactions.
  2. User sends message(s) in channel, receiving an error despite success.
