Setting community notification setting to nothing causes no badge to appear on the community list when mentioned

Observed behaviour

You get a badge in the channel you were pinged, but not in the community list.

Reproduction steps

  1. Right click on community in community list, click Notification settings.
  2. Set Community notification settings to Nothing.
  3. Have someone @mention you in the community.

Expected behaviour You should see a badge on the community list as well as in the channel pinged.
