Status menu opens and closes instantly when clicked on

Observed behaviour

It opens and closes instantly with one click

Reproduction steps

  1. Hover over Status box
  2. Click on it once
  3. Click it again and it will open and close instantly (same goes for the next presses you do)

Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.605.11941, Linux 7.0.10-arch1-1 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US

Expected behaviour It should stay open when clicked on and then get closed the next time you click
