When using embed debugger, cannot dismiss images without first dismissing settings menu

Observed behaviour

The image preview cannot be dismissed until the settings menu underneath is dismissed.

Reproduction steps

Use the embed debugger in the settings menu (you could click this! fluxer://settings/user?tab=embed_debugger )
Unfurl any link that provides an image (e.g. https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/raw/refactor/media/logo-graphic.png
Click the image
Try to dismiss the image
