Giving a bot an animated avatar requires Plutonium

Observed behaviour

It pops up an error about Plutonium as if you're trying to change your own avatar instead of the bots

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a test account with no Plutonium (or main if you already don't have Plutonium)
  2. Create a bot from Settings > Applications
  3. Try set the profile picture to a gif
