Margin on the right side of context menus

Observed behaviour

There's a margin even with no scroll bar

Reproduction steps

  1. Right click something that has a non-scrollable context menu i.e. a text channel
  2. Look at the right side of the context menu

Expected behaviour There should only be a margin with the scroll bar present

Can reproduce CR: seems like maybe padding added in response to #2500 applies to everything now? Canary Desktop 2026.602.31138, Web 2026.602.141726, Linux 7.0.10-101.fc43.x86_64 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
