(Linux) Screensharing loads infinitely on user trying to watch

Observed behaviour

Screensharing is not working with vaapi

Reproduction steps

  1. Be on Linux machine with vaapi encode support
  2. Screenshare on Linux machine with h.264 prefer hardware encoding
  3. Try and watch the screenshare
  4. Endless loop of the user trying to watch the screenshare
