Image upload description does not match the new (expanded) accepted set of formats

Observed behaviour

They still show the same list of formats from before accepted formats were expanded. I mentioned this a while ago while the queues were closed, but it still hasn't been fixed so I'm reporting this properly now.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open any setting related to uploading an image (e.g. avatar, banner, community branding etc.) other than emojis and stickers

Canary Desktop 2026.601.223145, Web 2026.601.235736, Linux 7.0.10-101.fc43.x86_64 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
