Observed behaviour

sometimes see 1px of overbar

Reproduction steps

  1. be in web browser (librewolf tested)
  2. browser zoom 90%
  3. open emoji picker

Can reproduce CR: perhaps firefox-exclusive Canary Web 2026.601.10253, Linux (x64), Firefox 151.0, Locale en-US
