AV1 encoding uses software encoding instead of hardware, even though the hardware supports it

Same here, I'm on Nobara Linux with NVidia 4080 Super and NVidia open kernel drivers and I can de+encode videos with handbrake, but fluxer shows "using software encoder" when "Hardware preferred" is set NVIDIA-SMI 595.112.07 Driver Version: 595.112.07 CUDA Version: 13.2 Stable Desktop 2026.1031.143121, Web 2026.1031.143121, Linux 7.3.0-203.nobara.fc44.x86_64 (x64), Electron 44.10.0, Chrome 152.0.7977.169, Node 24.22.1, Locale en-GB
