devenv does not build on macOS
Summary
When I tried to install the app and run it on my macOs M1, it fails to build.
I expected it to be able to run the server.
I have fixed this bug in this commit, I am not contributor so I cannot pull request this to the correct branch at this moment. Here is the fix if you want:
