Observed behaviour
There is a momentary break somewhere that causes media players like Freetube or Youtube videos to pause. I think this is because they think they are detecting a device being unplugged, but I don't know for certain.
It's likely this issue is specific to pipewire on Linux, but maybe it isn't. I don't know!
This issue does not occur when I use Vesktop (which is basically just Vencord). For comparison, I've attached images of the Pipewire Patchbay comparing Vesktop and Fluxer, in case it helps come up with any ideas.
Reproduction steps
- Start a screenshare with audio of something that is sensitive to audio devices being unplugged (e.g. a Youtube video or FreeTube)
- Toggle audio capture from including that app to None. Alternatively, disconnect from the call.
