[Linux] Codec settings other than VP8 always use OpenH264

Observed behaviour

Except when VP8 is selected (which correctly uses libvpx), Fluxer always uses OpenH264 on my system. This is even when I have the OpenH264 option disabled. Additionally, the attached error appears in the terminal output when starting a screenshare, which I assume is related to the issue. I suspect the issue is specific to Linux so I've added that to the title of this report. Please only deny if you are unable to reproduce on Linux.

Reproduction steps

  1. (Optional) Start Fluxer Canary from the terminal (or use journalctl to find the terminal output later)
  2. Select any codec other than VP8
  3. Start a screenshare
  4. Look at Stats for Nerds
