Ctrl + A on outage splash screen selects hidden things

Observed behaviour

Ctrl + A will select the visible text and a lot of things that were visible prior to the outage. This is visually revealed by dragging, and copying after hitting Ctrl + A will paste some hidden text (for me it copied some people's custom statuses, my username, my fluxer tag and my custom status)

Reproduction steps

Wait for a Fluxer outage (or cause one )
Wait for the outage-specific text to appear on the splash screen (the clickable one that sends you to fluxerstatus.com)
Hit Ctrl + A
Click and drag on the outage-specific text
Copy what is selected and paste it in a text editor

In the video i was viewing this community, and by hitting Ctrl + A and dragging around it does reveal some hidden text elements. Additionally, if i copy whatever is selected. The screenshot is what got pasted after i copied whatever Ctrl + A selected
