Call view expanded too low can push chat input bar off screen if an attachment is in message and app zoom level >100%

Observed behaviour

The call view pushes the text chat's input bar off screen

Reproduction steps

  1. Set app zoom level to above 100%
  2. View a vc's text chat
  3. Add a file to a message but do not send it
  4. Drag the bottom of the call view down

Can reproduce CR: Canary Desktop 2026.528.23728, Web 2026.528.231208, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-GB | NB: If you navigate away from the channel and come back, it corrects itself and you can see the text input.
